4. BE IN TOUCH WITH YOUR DEAR AMD LOVED ONES- In this difficult phase one must me connected to family and friends through voice and video calls so as to reduce mental stress.
5. SPEND GOOD TIME WITH YOUR FAMILY- Spend a quality time with your family as to pass the time and maintain mental stress too. Also this opportunity comes in a lifetime so enjoy with your family.
